Apex Trader Funding

We have done what we can to make this as easy as possible for you, removing as many obstacles as we can so you are free to pursue success. We don’t have extra rules hidden deep in the terms. Our rules are simple: hit your profit target, without hitting your drawdown, while day trading up to 23 hours a day. We seek to be a great resource for you with genuine concern and care to help you succeed.

You can trade up to a max of 20 Funded Accounts per household.

We offer easy to pass, low cost, high contract plans, with very few rules, Apex Trader Funding wants to empower you to move forward to a paid/funded account so you can get paid! We don’t restrict traders during holidays, news, (Trade during the news – your normal Trading Strategy, we do not allow news Trading strategies or news directional or multi directional news trades of any kind, these are prohibited) or with other cumbersome rules. We want you to trade anytime you want—23 hours a day, between 6PM one day to 4:59 PM the next day ET. We do not add in rules like daily drawdowns to knock you out or have plans that limit you with scaling. Our plans cap your contracts at the max contracts, without failing you for going over your allowed contracts.

Why are certain countries not available for new service or no longer available for New or Additional accounts?

There are multiple reasons that certain countries may not be available for service at this time, some of these reasons could be, but not limited to:

• Countries with certain sanctions.
• Countries that are embargoed.
• Countries that certain platforms, brokers, Prop Firms, or data providers are not able or willing to service or open live accounts for, as this would affect the ability to properly service traders without the ability to give access to trade live funds.
• Countries with a historical higher level or potential fraud risk including but not limited to: credit card fraud and fraud rings, identity theft, hacking, credit card charge backs, phishing scams, online theft or fraud, wire fraud, financial frauds, etc. Also to include countries that have limits or restrictions in the amount per year that can be spent on a credit card overseas (outside their country) which limits the ability to pay for recurring charges and causes the use of credit cards that are not in their name, but use of multiple credit cards, in multiple individuals’ names. This is not allowed as each trader must purchase and pay for all accounts with cards in their own name.
• Countries we are not able to provide service and training to at the high level of service that Apex strives for. For example language barriers, communication, service reps that speak the common language of that country, training materials and videos available in that language. These things being an issue can create a situation where we are not able to educate and service the trader to the high level that we strive for. In the future we do plan to expand the service and training department, convert training materials and videos into other languages and have staff to support it ongoing. At which point some countries from the list below could then be able to be part of the Apex Community and we look forward to that day!
• Countries unavailable or on a restricted list with certain payment services ( Deel- Paypal etc ) , apps, companies, or on a restricted wire transfer list. NOTE: As of September 30th 2022 all Apex payments for PA Accounts and Affiliate payouts will go through DEEL which does have a restricted countries list and will also require account and ID verification, in order to receive payments.

1. You have to pass the exam, hitting the profit without hitting the drawdown. Trade a minimum of 7 days to pass.

2. You keep the first $25,000 in profits when funded.

3. After that $25,000, we keep 10% and you keep 90% of profits.

4. So instead of risking your capital, you’re allowing us a percentage of profits so you don’t have to worry about crashes, flash crashes, losing all your savings, trading stupid among other things.

90% payout after the first $25,000 (we don’t know anyone who pays out 90%)

Simple 1 step (7 days to pass an evaluation) (some require multiple steps)

Only 7 days minimum to pass an evaluation (most require more days)

Trade up to 20 accounts max (most companies limit you to 1 or 2)

No scaling (so you can trade with up to full contracts and you don’t fail for going over)

No daily drawdown to worry about (note some companies offer EOD drawdown but have daily drawdowns and scaling and they lure you with faster payouts but they also make it easier to fail)

No minimum trading requirements (ie you don’t have to trade once per week)

No minimum profit requirements daily or weekly, just an overall goal (ie you don’t have to make a certain amount each week)

More contracts per plan (our plans let you trade more contracts than anyone else we are aware of)

Lower cost (our plans have a lower cost on a regular basis more than most other funding companies)

Free NinjaTrader Key (some companies you have to buy your own) – Note you can use your own key to trade your own account plus a funded/multiple funded accounts

Trade on holidays

Trade during the news – your normal Trading Strategy, we do not allow news Trading strategies or news directional or multi directional news trades of any kind, these are prohibited.

Unlimited DOM and 2 Login Options

Real Time data is included (non professional). Some require you to pay for data

Trade on 20+ platforms (NinjaTrader is our preferred platform and the only one we provide technical support for)

Allowed to scalp (some companies require entry and exit must be 10 seconds apart)

No lifetime max cap on how much you can withdrawal (some companies have a max lifetime withdrawal)
